Collaboration that everyone talks about

On November 6th  the brand new sport-themed collection by Alexander Wang, hits H&M all around the world. Can't wait for it! There are few interesting facts, that you might have missed.

The New York-based fashion designer and creative director at Balenciaga

In 2014 is the tenth anniversery of H&M collaborating with runway disgners. Alexander Wang (30) is the youngest designer ever who collaborated with H&M and also the first american. Promotion video features models such as Raquel Zimmermann, Joan Smalls, Natasha Poly, Isabeli Fontana, and footballer Andy Carroll. Another athlete featuring this collection is a kickboxer Rivaldino dos Santo.
The video is inspired by video-game and has a futuristic athmosphere. The whole thing was filmed in London's underground theatre Islington area. (Alex's look at the beginning is priceless).

"We wanted to take certain elements of each sport and portray the ultimate warrior... the girls had to feel big and heroic," says Wang according to WWD. But the clothes is not only for sport-spirited people. There are also a very comfortable pieces such as jumpers, dresses, coats or ties. All these pieces you can combine with clothes you already have in your closet so you're not gonna spend the whole fortune on this collection. As you can see it is a simply black-grey cloured, in spite of this fall is very colorfull in fashion. 

Rihanna gave us the first proof that new collection is stylish and comfy, when she was wearing it in New York in September (two months before it goes on sale to public, well someone is lucky..)
